Dolin's Teaming Agreements

Competitive Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: CTT) based in Fairfield, Connecticut, and Dolin International Trade and Capital LLC (Dolin) based in Scarsdale, New York, have entered into a Service and Representation Agreement. Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on providing technology transfer products and support services to the Aerospace and Defense sectors, particularly in the fields of International Offsets and Industrial Participation.

Dolin, established in 1979, provides Corporate Advisory services in structuring and implementing Countertrade, Industrial Participation, and Offset solutions in the global arena. Dolin mediates between companies and/or financial institutions that are pursuing Technology Transfer programs and/or expanding their investments, lending, and manufacturing operations, and those entities that have contractually undertaken to deliver various benefits to the countries where they have assumed Offset and Industrial Participation obligations.
